Finally got some dragonfruit in Canada. They are so beautiful and the inside resembled kiwi in consistency but is not as flavorful. They taste kind of like a slightly acidic cucumber.

Hmm.. how many of these did you have? Is this the first time you are having these fruits? How long after having this fruit did your allergies start and peak? Was there any itchiness when you were eating it? New foods should always raise flags.

Wait I thought they where a fruit and kinda tasted like that... Well that being said a fruit and its juice don't taste the same like apples great apple juice um not so much now apple cider :).... Then again I have only had drinks that are supposed to taste like dragon fruit or flavored with it.... All though the one had a dragon I think on the bottle and I thought they where from the Orient so maybe those and these are different?

If my facial hair grew like that I would love that hair cut....But I would keep the top long and then dye it all jet black but hey that is just me....1st pix you look ready to kill...

Has the best crab cakes ever. There are like no other I have ever had. They also have a lot of vegan and vegetarian options.

I tried out their side of fried okra... not sure I liked it too much. It was floating in oil and made me slightly nauseous. But then, I don't know what I was expecting with the word "fried" right before okra. I guess I was hoping it wouldn't be breaded but unfortunately it was. I was also not thrilled with the smell of oil. They don't use peanut oil for frying - the only oil I would ever consider for deep frying.

It was horrible. I was wearing a sweater these past two days and freezing to death. Today is slightly better but I hate the end of summer.
My brother was here this weekend and he got a nice dose of chilly Buffalo sunlight. He just left. My flat feels depressing even though its nice out. It's time to get back to intense work.
Yeah today it is like fall Hence why I'm here and doing picture stuff vs. day 2 at Elmwood Festival of the arts.....
