The blimp advertises Hangar 1 Vodka and is on a tour of about 20 cities under the direction of an Orlando, Fla.-based airship advertiser called The Lightship Group, said Toby Page, the group's marketing director. The blimp won't make its next planned stop in Detroit on Thursday.... Asked whether she might try the vodka, Bernhagen joked that she might need a drink after such a ruckus.

Heard about this some place how crazy... It sounds like that just like had it attached to something.... You would think they would have some kind of Anchor for storms like that?
Ya maybe it was a publicity stunt.
Even without that they got more publicity than they could have ever hoped for with the original tour.
Yep, if terrorists had secretly replaced the helium with hydrogen in the blimp, the crash would have been Hindenburg-wannabee. Oh, the humanity.
At least it didn't pull a Hindenburg :::link:::
I wonder if they can resurrect it though...
lol I shouldn't be laughing but I totally am.
