dinner at mezza restaurant on elmwoodCategory: food
we ate at mezza on elmwood. its a new Mediterranean restaurant that ipened up in the old elmwood soda ship location. it was packed and delicious. it was also full of attractive arabs. i would definately go back.
they don't have a liquor license yet. so its bring your own.
the only downside is that the seafood is shrimp. that seems kind of lame for a Mediterranean restaurant.
Chicken and Beef schawarma

Beef and pine nut hummus

A feta an olive plate

We also had the grapeleaves which were amazing.
UPDATE: link to their website

I put labels on the food and added a link to the Mezza restaurant website.
Ummmm as in "Um, what on earth is that? I wish Paul labeled all the exotic food for those of us Umm-ing"?
Ummm @ the last pic!
What's the cross-street? And what are the dishes? Labels please? How are the prices? Do you have a menu link?
It's usually a good sign if there are more "natives" haunting the place than locals. ;-)
