Summer is OverCategory: sabres
Yea the Sabres had a game tonight.
And of course staying with the theme of the week, they blew the game in the last minute as Washington tied it up 15 seconds after the Sabres took a 3-2 lead. Then they subsequently took 2 late penalties which ended the game in OT as the Caps scored a quick goal a minute in.
Anyway I was glad to get to the arena.

I wasn't there so I don't know if they really blew the game. Most times the team in the lead doesn't blow it, it is the other team coming on strong. In terms of the Bills on the other hand the fumble doesn't matter. Remember this is "The Pats" if it wasn't that then they would have found some other way to win. For example that field goal they missed wouldn't have missed and they would have stopped the bills and got the ball back or something. I know they aren't "The Pats" of old yet but once Brady is 100% they will be.

Lewiston Jazz FestIf anyone is looking for something to do there's a Jazz Festival in Lewiston from Noon - Midnight. Come and see people that will remind you of characters out of a Wes Anderson film. I stopped by tonight with my Mom as we had dinner in the Village.

It's not really my type of music as it's more of the Kenny G variety rather than the Miles Davis type, but the ambiance was there tonight. Actually it kind of felt like we were in Sarasota rather than Lewiston for the night.

I went to my Great Uncle's Cottage up in Canada last week here are some pics.

Amen! when you care about giving, you pay so much more attention to the time you spend being happy, When you're all about receiving, the minute that person can't give you what you think you want it becomes aggravation. it means they're not loving you for who you really are, they're just loving the "things" that come from you. who can freely give the "things" if they don't feel appreciated for who they are?
It's really true though, how many people do you hear talking about how fab they are and how they deserve a prince, it's all about what they can extract from the other person.
