It's times like these that I am reminded of Bill & Ted and when that movie came out I had no idea what 69 meant. I really didn't uinderstand the full meaning of it til me and my ex got extremely passionate and just rolled around the bed grasping each other very tightly while giving the other a lot of pleasure. I can now distinguish the true side by side 69 as oppossed to bottom/top 69, which is more of a yin-yang.
But anyway, I'm watching the Girl Next Door on the split screen and I think Eliisha Cuthbert, also star of of the now Fox hit 24, is one of the hottest women of the world. So in honor of my 69th post I would like to present you with pictures of Elisha, a women I would like to 69!!!
mmmhhhhh!!!!
this is my laptop wallpaper

Enjoy the music - I'm dedicating it to you and the fucking hate that is inside of you....
So what's the craziest thing you've done latley???

It's in the NumbersCategory: percentages
I've been going over a few of the calculations I made when I started lifting and eating better through the numbers I took yesterday and I'm pretty happy. I've done them with a trainer but I think the Omron hand held body fat analyzer has to be a little off.
To throw a few numbers at you:
On March 22, 2005 I was about 215#'s and at an unknown body fat level. I estimate around 28-30%.
Over the next six months I participated in two back-to-back Body for Life 12 week challenges. And as of October 1st I was 169#'s at 13% Body fat.
Yesterday (Friday June 2nd) I hopped on the scale at 209#'s and measure 20.2% body fat. Last Monday (a week & a half ago) when I started a sixteen week body fat shedding cycle I weighed in at 213 and 22.1% body fat.
So to throw a few more numbers at you:
209 @ 20.2% body fat =42.22 #'s of fat or 209-42.22=166.78 lean
169 @ 13% body fat = 21.97 #'s of fat or 169-21.97=147.03 lean
If I subtract my past lean body mass from my present I come up with how many pounds of Muscle I put om from Oct. 1st to June 2nd, roughly 8 months:
166.78
147.03
19.75 #'s of muscle
Holy impressive batman!!! 19.75#'s/8 months= 2.47#'s of muscle per month. That can't be right, though. Everything I read would contradict those types of results. But you never know. if you look at my initial numbers you'll see over my first six months as I lost weight I compromised quite a bit of muscle, which is why I wasn't successful. So I believe I gained this muscle back quickly as I started eating my maintence calories again. Due to the innaccuracy of the body fat analyzer I used, about 4 of those #'s of muscle don't exist and another. And the rest I would say I put on threw proper nutrition, proper supplementation, hard consistent training and a routine that continued to evolve improve and change.
As far as my goals go, at the end of the next 14 weeks I want to be at a body fat percentage of 10%, a tough goal my trainer insists.
If you take my lean mass and divide it by 10%
166.78=10%*(x)
x=16.678
And add that to my mass:
166.78+16.678=183.458 or GOAL WEIGHT
209 - 183.46 = 25.52 #'s of fat I need to shed
This is such an important number to know because if try I just try to lose 25 #'s I could compromise muscle and once that starts to happen it gets harder to shed body fat. Not only that but now I can take the numbers and breakdown to the day the number of calories I should be eating. Fun isn't it??
So anyway, here I go again. and remember I'm always here for those who need a little push into the right direction.
Love yourselves as I do, MrDT

Holy ShitCategory: school
I was in class tonight sitting in the back row of auditorium type seating, when my teacher was passing back papers. He dropped off mine and checked out my laptop, which displayed the solutions for the text. He started buggin and I thought I was done for. He was like, "where did you get that?" with this horrible look on his face.
And I was like "it came with the book." Then he flipped my book closed to check out the cover. And he was like, "how did you get this?" to the instructors copy of the text.
Then somebody else in the room shouted, "I have one too."
As I remarked, "ebahhy," with my heart racing and my face must have turned some silly shade cause I felt a ton of blood rushing to my head.
Then one more person came foward and said that they had one too. And he was like okay and walked back to the front all huffy.
well anyway, I'm still kind of worried about it. after doing a problem on the board he said, "we'll ask the guys in the back of the room if I got it right."
And I was like, "right on, Brother," with my thumb up.
My ethics are kind of blurry on this topic. he assigns homework, but doesn't collect or grade it. It allows me to understand the chapter with out having to go through it all . Am I cheating??? It kinda feels like it
All right kids that's enough.
I'm leaving you with a continuation of Confession's, enjoy.
Love you, MrDT

So I think I'm going to just leave the lost journal in the past and keep on going ... unless ya'll want to hear how much fun it was to see Tiesto. Not only that but you're not interested in body fat percentages and muscle gained in the last eight months. It will now be reffered to in future journals as the lost post. Kinda like when Hadley lost a locker full of Ernest's short ones and essays.
You talkin to me ese?? Don't you know I'm loco??
I saw this article on MSN:
Preserve brain function with spicy foods.
Just stay away from spice mixtures cause they are high in salt and low on flavor. I always make my own blend from restaurants that use fresh spices and keep it on hand for all occasions.
well anyway, just want to say that Madonna rules. Don't care what ya'll think of me now.
Love, MrDT

I am disgusted with how much sodium and msg is added to spice mixes. I just want some simple chili powder! Anyhow-I too make my own or look for for combinations that dont have the above added to them. I have the best luck with that at the Lexington co-op. Their jars of loose spice have ingredient labels, unlike other places I have been to.

Been Out of ItCategory: whereru?
I've been working on a post for the last week or so. Everytime I get on my laptop and get about half way through it I lose it. Right now I can't get on (e:strip) through my laptop I keep on getting an error message. I've cleared out the cookies and such but it seems that my laptop wants me to stay away. Oh well.
I like posting from my laptop cause that's were my digital pictures from my phone are. When I put up pictures from my desktop through my network after it sends the picture and goes to that screen I get a "could not find page" message. I can back page, though, and get back to it with pictures in tact but I worry about losing it or back paging to far. I guess I should drop IE like a bad habit and start to use Firefox like (e:paul) has been telling me for the past 4 months.
Luckily I spell checked my last attempt and was able to copy and paste to word with only minor punctuation errors. So be ready for a monster post.
But while I'm at it, I just have to say this weather is gorgeous. I'll be opening my pool soon for those of you who want to get away from the city and cool off. Just don't come empty handed.
I love the sunshine, MrDT

oh just say it!
oh just say it!
"The Girl Next Door" is amazing. I still don't get how you play a porn star and don't do frontal nudity. I know a few lucky people on the set got to see her nude. There is that scene where they show all the gorgous back boob. I'm not going to say what I would like to do to her I'd even be happy if we did a 68 and she owed me one. I'm also not going to say what I would let her do to me. She is amazing plus I think she is a good actress. I think like Kiefer Sutherland she might be from canada but not sure.
okay, its fine if you wanna check out those pics on your own time, but dont post them here. thanx.
p.s. shame!
p.p.s. she kinda looks like a slut. oops.
She is so goddamn hot its sickening.
Yeah, she's the dream girl.
