Nancy Grace

Imagine the possibilities of a video game where the main character is Nancy Grace. Instead of the usual weaponry, acid vomit spews from her mouth killing Scott Peterson, child molesters and rapists. Score extra points for finding semen stained underwear and spewing more bile on viewers watching from home.

So this is the best milk i have ever had. It couldn't be better than if it came right from the utter. Seriously, milk drinkers need to go to Lexington Co-Op to get it. The deposit is .50 cents and when you bring the glass jar back they refund it. I made chocolate puddin with this and you couldn't imagine how tasty it was. The cows aren't given rbST.

DISCLAIMER* There is no significant difference between milk coming from cows treated with RBST and those who haven't been treated.

I don't want to piss off the milk industry. Wouldn't it be awesome if there still were milk men that would deliver this to our doors?

ewww milk is gross cuz sometimes it is spoiled so i haven't had much milk since when I had some spoiled milk circa 1996. My bones are probably brittle, but I eat a lot of cheese at least, right?

I had a Byrne Dairy milkman as a kid. they stopped home delivery service in the mid-80's sometime. (We had a milkman b/c it was actually cheaper than the store at that time.)

There's a definite difference in bottled milk, as plastics and wax-coated cartons both leave (harmless) residue that I believe effects flavor of the milk.

i had a milkman as a kid. it was awesome. 3 of those glass bottles a week... had a special box where we left the empties and he left the new ones.... how cool was that.

do you think it's because the glass and tight lid keep the air out, preventing the milk from obsorbing/capturing the odors that it is refridgerated... Like eggs ..... or is it just freshly squozon???

A Day Without Immigrants

Maybe the immigrants are better "Americans" than we are? Their protest has captured the attention of CNN which I find rather unusual. Since when does CNN cover demonstrations? Way to go immigrants! ¡Latinos Unidos! I admire your ability to be heard.

I am Bad Dresser

So I just found out tonight that my nickname was Bad Dresser. Apparently this all started when I was working at Coffee & and had wore a mesh shirt once or twice. I don't remember the mesh shirt in question, but I do remember wearing some odd outfits.

Oh say can't you see ?

This could be controversial, but I don't care that the Star Spangled Banner is being sung in Spanish (Nuestro Himno). First, I don't even like our National Anthem. That really is not my point though. My point is that large portions of the U.S. were forcefully taken from the Mexicans. Sure the Mexicans were thrown some pocket change for the land taken, but they never wanted to sell in the first place. After the US invasion of Mexico they had no choice but to enter into the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo which gave us all of CA, NV and UT as well as parts of CO, AZ, NM and WY, for basically 18 million and a few bloody lives. Anyways, now people are freaking out and saying Chicanos are not Americans (why do we call ourselves Americans anyways?) and that we should not allow Mexicans into "our" country.

I saw this video game that CNN was talking about the other day where you are supposed to gun down all the Mexicans running accross the border. You get bonus points for killing "breeders" (mothers with children). This is so disgusting and ignorant. Another CNN episode showed these crazy lunatics burning a Mexican flag and they couldn't even get it to burn. It was hysterical, they looked so ridiculous.

Really, we need to start embracing the idea of having a multi-lingual society. There is nothing wrong with a country where the people have the ability to speak something other than english. It seems like some people here want everyone that lives here to be a white anglo-saxan tight ass. I'm sorry people, but unless you have serious plans in the future for ethnic cleansing its not going to happen.

Jason, I believe you may need to read what I wrote another time. I was hypothetically speaking to the people in this country who hate everyone that is different from themselves. Unfortunately, there are more people than we realize who really would like to exterminate whole groups of people ie. latinos, blacks, jews, gays or whatever and would do so if they were given the chance. We often do not see how prevelant this is in our society, because generally, that attitude is not permitted in Buffalo. I still continue to stand by my comment, and do not feel that it was used in a mocking or disrespectful manner. More or less I was saying that those people need to learn to live with people who are different.

I'm always open for discussion, however, your comments seem to me excessively confrontational. Your use of "fuck" and "shit" in all the comments you leave in my journal I am beginning to take offense to. Your joke in my previous journal about how "animal testing should be done on liberals" I didn't think was funny. I guess I am just an "overly sensitive fuck," but really I only wanted to share a cute picture. By the way, I am NOT a liberal (not that you said I was, but I just wanted to clarify that).

In response to jason, native central and souther americans were ethnically cleansed by white people on more than one occassion. Just as many of them if not more died at the hand of ethnic cleansing than the jews. I am not suggesting that America would ever go on an ethnic cleansing campaign. I am just saying these people have previously been ethnically cleansed by our ancestral government power structure so it is not so outrageous to talk about it.

On the opposite side of the matter: If you really think about it, it is quite ironic that native central americans would come to north america and cling onto spanish, considering that the spanish conquistodors that forced the language upon them in the first place. Come to think of it, I find it weird that any native american would have pride in speaking spanish. I mean spanish is as much of a white man, euro colonialist language as english.

I'm not an enforcer, I'm just reminding that there are populations out there who have had to deal with possible extermination FOR REAL, and who have been persecuted FOR REAL. I don't think you want to play "Who's the biggest victim?" against blacks or jews. That's exactly what the language you use is doing. I promise you it won't help your cause. People will turn away or just say fuck you. At least I'm open to discussion. =)

woops..allow me to refraze that. the first european immigrants to this county....

and yes with a more educated work force finding blue collar workers and tradesmen is getting increasingly difficult. there is certainly a need to allow these individuals to come over and become carpenters, machinists, cooks and mechanics.

Unless you are a Native American then you are an imagrant. Ok so a decedant of one. I think it is funny how some of us don't want Mexicans here and complain about how they are destorying the country. But Our (in some cases) Great Grand Parents where imagrants. When They came over the people who where here before them thought they where going to destroy the country and didn't like them. The fact is that Mexicans will do jobs that Americans won't. Some might say that if they didn't come here then those jobs would have to have aspects or things added to them to get americans to do them.

That being said this may be surprising. I think that Anthem should in public only be sung in english. This isn't canada where French is really the Major langue and you have the anthem in both. The #1 or legal language is english and it should stay that way. Our anthem sounds verry bad musicly. It is writen as a stanze or as statement and sounds juttery when sung properly. The best singers of it hold words and give it a flow that it dosn't really have. Some one I went to College with does an amazing Job singing it, I know he sang it in public at least once but other then that I have no idea if he did or not.

although hypothetically if either party had taken the pennies that were thrown at them and invested it wisely the present value of said investment would be worth tens of billions of dollars.

Good points! I don't think they need to change all the signs or anything, that pretty much is impractical. Sesame Street was awesome, they really tried to emphasize that we are all different and that its ok.

I'm not against a multi-lingual society. However, adding a 2nd state language definitely costs more. Printing all signs, documents, etc in 2 languages is rather expensive and if it were made law, it'd become an excuse to raise taxes so some fat bastard's printing company could get fatter.

However, I'd rather focus on creating a reasonable immigration policy and educating our population to combat the "Anglo-saxon tightass" metality. Viva La Sesame Street!
