So Went to see Glee 3D today.... I think it is the 1st concert movie I've seen at the show but not sure about that but most likely it is.... Now of course how much one likes it or not has to do with song selection.... With out giving to much away they filmed one of the performances of the Glee tour in 3D and then also followed some fans..... So this is kinda a documentary in a way.... I really liked it... Again though based on what song they where doing... Now in terms of the 3D to me it seemed more like High Def? Don't get me wrong it looked great and you could feel a lot of the movement and when you saw the people it was them and the background as kinda two different things hard to explain but I enjoyed it....

The Bit of the downside is that yes it was short well but it was a performance and I'm guessing there was more they didn't show... Or maybe it just seemed that way.... Not sure kinda woke up tired I hate that... I could feel it in my legs as I walked.... I also wanted to see Rise of The Planet of the Apes or some 2nd movie but there was to much time between and maybe could have seen Planet of the apes but didn't want to chance missing any of it.....

I was planning on going to Club Diablo to see Jason and the Punknecks with Hell's Harlots but I think that is out.... Again waking up with low energy or tired is why.... I might be ok to stand for hours and have a drink or two and take photos but doubt it think that is out who knows.... If I was up for it I would have loved to stop at Zillycakes but no way walking all the way down elmwood...... But I did stop into the store at Elmwood and north and they had some football game on maybe I'll watch some of the bills game tonight? Also across the street at that former church there where all kinds of people dressed up... Not sure if it was an event or if they where there for before or after a wedding not sure?

EDIT: I forgot to mention the one thing also is that now with the Fair (Erie county not state) and it being so nice out I felt like I should be there the thing tonight is why I didn't get tickets for the motocross event.... I wonder if having ones heart in two places is why I feel not empty but on low gear? That being said I will go for sure a week from today (ultimate night of Destruction) and just get the moto event ticket there since Tops doesn't sell them anymore not sure who does...... But dragging my self around there might not be the best any ways oh well I guess.....

So as some of you know I'm a big Movie fan... Just watched a great Documentary ... Derek Jeter 3k... It is not only about his quest to get 3,000 hits but also a bit about his life. It is very good....

Now I have a small 22inch HD TV that I thought was 1080p but I think it is really only 720P and my cable box says 480 all the time so I'm a bit lost. Some shows are the right width but don't take up the height so that tells me the proportions aren't the same..... Even with this Baseball and the non baseball parts still look amazing. You can really feel the movement as well it is tough to explain... It is like Jeter is at bat and the fans are right there. It is really amazing to see... I really do think that Baseball is made for HD... I was at Sportsmen's tavern for the first time and they have a Nice HD TV on a wall and Baseball looked amazing it really did... Hard to explain with out seeing it......

So Last night I watched this documentary called Hot Coffee it was part of HBO's series of documentaries they show... It was pretty interesting....Some of it was hard to watch.... And some of it was just heart breaking... Now the only way to tell what it is about will give away a lot so that is what I'm going to do...

The Movie is about how companies try and cap damages on lawsuits... There have been laws passed that says the max amount of punitive Damages is set number of Dollars... So Imagine you are hurt and can't work or lose function and you go to court and win say 5.8 Million Dollars..... That is by the way determined by the jury... Well they don't know there is a cap in that state of I think it was like 1.2 million then because of the cap law that is all you get.... Well at least for the punitive damages part...

As all good documentaries have it had a few pop culture things in it.... Now that being said I know this was new to HBO but not sure how new it was... The reason for the name Hot Coffee is the famous McDonald's case... Now on the outside that sounds like a very frivolous case and has been used to try and get caps on lawsuits.... What a lot of people don't know is that the women who was burned wasn't driving when it happened like the news said she was...The car wasn't even moving... McDonald's had a history of the coffee being way to hot and other people had been burned... All the lady wanted was for McDonald's to do was Pay for her medical bills and her concern was for it to be fixed they sent her like $900 not even close enough to cover burns from coffee that is around 180 degrees .....

If the law interests you ....You might like it...If lawsuits interest you it might be your thing....I know I found it interesting I also liked there on the street interviews.....

So Saw Captain America today and I liked it.... Can't really say why to much with out giving any thing away but there is action with a lot of story but the action is good.... But really I think this is true of all comic books that is why they work is from the story... They in this one set up The Avengers and Even have a part of the movie after the credits.... Now in terms of 3D not sure how much there really was... I haven't seen really any of the old Captain America movies so I have nothing to compare it to.....

One Preview I have to say kinda Shocked me...... There is another Spiderman movie coming out... It looks like it doesn't have any of the actors from the other series and there is no Venom or Carnage it is the retelling of an old story and then I saw the the tittle "The Amazing Spiderman" Not sure how much that story is different then the Spiderman comics but they where two different books so........

So even with out Megan Fox
1. Guess she called Bay a Nazi and the powers that be not him made him get rid of her.... Why is stating a fact that he didn't object to worth firing someone for.... That is how I run things and you should know that coming in and if you can't work in that style then save us both time......
2. The New chick is just as hot and kinda has that same kinda look to her
3. So guess that changed the story a tiny bit but not much....
4. Stars from the other movies are in there as well

I thought Transformers was a lot of fun.... Again not really sure how much 3D stuff was in there but I never am... If you liked the other movies or the Micheal Bay blow everything up you will enjoy.......

The Social Network: Watched that last night and thought it would be more... When I first heard of a facebook movie I thought how stupid but then it got good reviews.... I also thought it was R and it was like PG what happened to all the nudity there are parties and hot tubes but no tits boo.... I still enjoyed it..... I do find it ironic that myspace has just been sold .... And that Justin Timberlake (played the napster guy) is now a big part of the new myspace..... Again have no idea if it will change at all or if this is just a way to get people talking about it.... I like myspace but never really have the time for it....

In terms of Previews Two movies that look very good are Mission Impossible ghost...... And Cowboys & Aliens .... Don't get me wrong I like Daniel Craig and all but this and the other spy movie makes me think we really need another great James Bond Movie soon..... This is just me I wonder if they are trying to figure out if they should do 3D. If that worked wouldn't it be amazing that when James looks over his shoulder the guys skiing down the picnic tables skis come right at you and when snow flies it looks like it jumps off the screen and all the movie places a blast of cold air comes in... Or when the missiles shot out of the car they fly right over your head and you hear the sound of them fly buy and the blow up only from the back speakers.... If they filmed it only in 3D and had the movements right it could be amazing they could even set up a special bench for people to sit on for after the movie.......

Not sure what I will watch tonight....Hoping for something I haven't seen but not sure that will Happen......

So I thought the New X Men Movie 1st class was great... I love the fact that in the X-men you have Charles and "His Old Friend" on opposing sides and that there is that kinda not sure if you call it respect for the other view... I Won't give anything away other than that I thought this was a pretty good movie of course I guess anyone who is an X-men fan would like it.... That being said not really knowing any of the old X-men don't know if this characters with the exception of Beast, Charles, and Magneto are from the original comics or not.... hey I enjoyed it.....

I don't have any pictures yet but I also went to the Dyke March but not the Pride stuff after.... I think the 2nd set of pictures I took are better but oh well.... I mention this because I think the entire (in all the movies as a theme as in the cartoons what what I remember) Idea of acceptance fits in good with it being pride week here and month.... Even if it wasn't I would have seen the movie anyways... It is still a good super hero or action movie... I wonder if they had it come out this month on purpose?

Last Night Skiffle at Sportsmen was a good time they played longer then I thought so didn't go to 464 (gay artists) I wanted to watch WWE and other stuff... Should have gone since I passed out on wrestling and woke up with a nasty headache don't think it was from drinking felt like congestion then back to bed... So should have gone to see the art.....

Tonight Burlesque assuming I don't pass out....I do believe photos are fine so hope my camera doesn't die...Hope I don't drink to much and miss the parade.... If I was cool and awesome some or some people would take me home and we would have breakfast and take in the parade but that will never happen not me at least....Gotta be a pretty girl for that to happen Ha...

Not sure where to see the parade from see figure that out on sunday.....

So Yesterday's Plans went up in smoke and not event the good way HA.....

Watched the Hangover II and wish I could say what parts where my favorite but it would give way to much away.... If you have seen the previews then yes the Face Tattoo is still funny for some reason.... The Plan was to go up to Roxy's to go see some Burlesque.... Mistress J of the Stripteasers teaches a class and then her students perform ..... It would have been great just drink and watch and have the ladies out yell me but it didn't happen argh fuck.....

I decided I would find a movie and go out get money go up there and have a good time.... I watched and had a good time with Salt....Good action Movie.. So I get up to gel the hair and my body is like dude you are tired you ain't going so fuck it... I should have gone but I was so not feeling it... Hope the ladies and some guys who went had a great time and hope all the performers did great....

So on Stars watched an odd movie called "The Virginity Hit" now it looked like all the videos where legit home video but hard to know if that was really the case.... That was an interesting movie .......

I admit I never liked the MacGruber Bit on SNL but the movie was better then the sketches so....Yes there was some funny stuff. It was like a parody of action movies like Rambo and others not a shot just at Rambo though.... It was nice....

Then some how I stayed up for Yes I got a 2nd wind and watched the Zack guy from the Hangover SNL that I passed out on when it aired live it was good.....

Oh so lame wanted to be looking at ladies and drinking oh well oh yeah lame............Still enjoyed myself....Not going to let this happen next weekend though.......

Woke up early today since I passed out early last night... This means I got to Watch Diary of The Dead.... It was a fun Zombie movie to watch.... I like that it also speaks on media a bit and how it effects us and that it was made to look like all amateur shotting well not hollywood cameras .....

Now I can't say much about the Hangover with out giving stuff away... It was funny but not as much as the 1st one but then again I also thought the 1st one was better the 2nd time... The movie was crazy again won't give anything away other then to say now I want to Go to Thailand .... I think a few of the things that where supposed to be jokes I just liked but hey that is just me.........

Wish I had time to get in a 3rd movie but I doubt that happening.... Think I'm going to see Burlesque (not to be confused with the movie that I think was really good) At Roxy's (Mistress J has a class and they are dancing so......No Pictures also so that is good also...)

So went to see the newest installment of the Pirate movies in 3D today... It was a fun time... In Terms of 3D stuff there where two parts that I noticed that where pretty good but again not sure about the 3D thing... I suspect for a movie to really work in 3D the entire thing has to be shot in 3D and only 3D... See if a movie is going to be in 2D and 3D then the 3D parts don't make sense in the 2D version and the 2D stuff could be 3D? That is why I'm pumped for one of the previews I saw 3 Musketeers... The last version of it that came was pretty good but this 3D version looks like it will be amazing.... Oh yeah Pirates was good and if you liked the other ones you will like this one....I admit I don't remember the past stories cause for some reason I have only seen them at the show...... That being said as soon as the credits started to roll I was thinking wonder when the next one is going to come out.... Then end credits and the next movie starts or where I assume the next one will pick up AWESOME!

Hopefully tonight if the world hasn't ended by then I will finally get to watch Get Him To The Greek.... It is on HBO and what ever previous station it was On I kept missing it......

This Morning was kinda odd as it looked like there was fog but it was high in the sky and kinda distant......

Wish I was good at the Movie Review thing .... But here goes it seemed there was a lot of story but that is a good thing cause lets face it a lot of people don't know the story and didn't read the comic or The Avengers... The way I think of it is that I think all "The Avengers" will get there own movie.... This is like the back story so you need to go see all of them to get the story... Yes this one at almost the same time as the Movie Company name set up the Avengers movie kinda like how Thor was set up at the end of credits of can't remember what movie Ha... Oh well. I thought the effects where pretty good... Again I can't compare them to the other movie so can't say how 3D it really was or not... I enjoyed it and before the movie two previews for two great looking movies the green lantern and Captain America both look like they should be amazing.......
