More Viking Lobster CompanyCategory: food
I went back on Saturday, this time with (e:yesthatcasey). We got the ultimate Viking feast which included all the sea favorites from last time plus ribs and chicken. To be honest I was starving but the addition of ribs and chicken was overkill.
Last night I took the leftovers and made a fish soup. Tomatoes, wine, oregano, olive oil, snow peas, parsley, garlic, shallots.
We just had normal size lobsters but they were offering a $99 5 lb lobster. The couple near us got it. It was enormous. I looked online and it appears the largest ever caught was around 40 lbs. That seems terrifying.

I was reading an article on windows 8 which got released today and in he screen capture for the new Bing news it has the headline Romney Wins Texas. That make me want windows 8 even less.
