Nah... Why bother on main street? I love home. I can see the milky way from wendy's yard.

Garden PartyCategory: home
The library holds an annual garden party fundraiser. I should have taken more photos. I didn't take any of the gorgeous gardens.

Whoa - the bloke holding the mohawk kid is the same as the one holding the book. I totally didn't see that. He looks very different. They could be different people. Maybe the smile transforms his face... Maybe he was eating something in the mohawk shot...

Jill's husband is the guy in the blue shirt with the Glenn Beck book and in a different pic with the mohawk kid on his lap. Shane was pulling names for the door prize drawings, and all that was left was a Glenn Beck book. He refused to inflict it upon anyone :-)

Food, beerCategory: food
(e:Terry) had a livingsocial coupon for Spicy Thai on Sheridan that expired yesterday, so I got to use it since he's on vacay! I took Meredith with me. We had the papaya salad and sweet potato puffs (like samosas) for appetizers, she got pad thai for entree and I got the Bankok tofu. SOOO YUMMY! I've liked everything I've gotten there. It's not quite the same as other thai places I've been, it's a little more original.
Then it was time for beer club at Mr. Goodbar. It was heavy on the IPAs, happy Heidi!
Lenore won a six of Southampton IPA and promptly gave it to me :-) I also scored two bottles of the Red Rye PA because there were so few people attending that everyone got to take some home.
Unfortunately, I had to be at the Mariott next to North Campus at 9am for a continuing legal education program. I was luckily only about 5 min late. I'm fascinated by hotel carpeting.

yeah, no sarcasm, just actual bikes laying around outside the old town hall that's been converted into apartments. I didn't ever have a bike lock as a kid. There was just an article about kids around town and their BMX bikes at the skate park we built. :::link:::
At first I saw this and thought it was a bunch of smashed up bikes on main st and you were being sarcastic. Then I realized you meant in PA and that really, no one had bike locks.
