Now you can upload kml files, which are files that track data on a map. Say the path of a walk, hike, run, drive, etc. A bunch of coordinates, etc.
Anyone can upload kml now using any of the normal estrip publishers but the estrip android app has a special tie in with google My Tracks app. You can get instructions here

You will need the 1.14+ version of the estrip app to do this.
Here I took a small run down linwood to test it and see how long it would take me. You can see I got lazy but the end and shortcutted.

Choose estrip from the options that come up
The kml file attaches to the blog you are about to publish
If you take the shortcut through the salvation army parking lot, it might shave a few seconds off your run. It takes me 7 mins from my door to the door of my office at a fast walk.
Laptop and some books.
Is that with your laptop on your back?
Wow it took me less than 4 minutes. My goal is to get it down to 2.
