Well Here is my guess Tenders is a general term also so maybe they trademarked Buffalo Tenders and Signature medium. My guess is that they trademarked how they are made although not sure if that is the correct way of doing so.

When I was a Kid I used to go there and it was a place that had Ice Cream and I would mostly Get Lemon ice and then sit on like a little curb or bench thing, if that is the place I'm thinking of. Years ago it reopened as an ice cream place and was open for a couple years.
