Does anyone need a new desktop?
I'm selling one that I built 3 months ago, but hardly use.
Intel 2.83 Ghz core 2 quad processor (4 cores).
8gb of RAM
Video card: 9400GT w/ 512mb & HDMI/DVI out.
1 terabyte hard drive.
(~$650 in parts)
Additionally, I've got a 23" monitor, higher than HD pixel counts (2048x1152). (~$200 new).
The desktop could come with Linux or WinXP now, or else Windows 7 next week.
Dells with half as much RAM and hard drive space, and 20" vs the 23" monitor, are going for $800. I put this together for a bit more than that much originally. Offers or questions welcome :)

Perfecto!
Perfecto!
I'm giving two pennies, and I have snacks. Mind your manners or I skip your Office party
Oh, it is on! I will pay what ever Mr.Mike is paying plus a penny.
I hope you have snacks by your desk Mikey boy, because I'm in this for the long haul!
That's cool, I've been wanted to improve my monitor situation for sometime, got a nine year old one still with picture tube and whatnot. Not exactly the king of energy efficient.
Sure, however it works for you Mike.
I can do half down next week and the other half on the next check (2 wks) unless of course we'll still talking about James jacking my price up. Then he pays me
Sure thing!
You can war all you like, I still cost the same
In an effort to increase the price, I would like to enter a bidding war with Mr.Mike.
If you'd take that in installments, I'd jump on it.
Yeah, I think I found a buyer for the computer, but the monitor still needs to be sold.
I'm flexible, I would just like to sell it. Original it was $220 a few months ago ( :::link::: ), and it's a decent big display for the price. I'm not used to selling things so I don't know what the usual markdown is.
On ebay they are going for $180 in good condition (like mine). So say, somewhat arbitrarily, $150 as my asking price?
Are you selling the monitor alone? If yes, how much is the monitor?
Oh, to have the money for the monitor -- pc I'm good on, but I'll spread the word
