To lazy for a real post.So i will cross-post from Elmwoodjesus.org. This is what I put there (which was also a lazy post, I know):
For the record, I have started to put most of my sermons there. It's not because I don't like you all, but just because that's where people tend to go look for sermons. So if you want theological content, go to elmwoodjesus.org/news

Happy Easter!Category: religion
Today is the most fun day of the Christian calendar. Here's how I am celebrating.
Right now: Drinking coffee and making sure everything is ready for worship.
9:20am: Meeting with the people that will join Lafayette Church today, to get them ready. (Six of them! W00t!)
10 am: Worship begins: special music, special flowers, new members join, everybody dresses up, we share communion, and even have a u2 song (plus there will be more people than usual!)
11:30: Coffee with people, Easter egg hunt, and then go home
12pm: start making burritos
1pm: Easter burritos with friends!

Well I'm glad you had a great day. Happy Easter! It was very weird and uncomfortable having to work on Easter and no one celebrating it.

Congrats on the new congregants. All your hard work is doing good for your church.
I was feeling to ethnic this morning for going over my ingredients for traditional easter lasagna so I got a good chuckle over Easter Burritos.

Happy Easter to you also. Easter is one of those holidays that even though it a Christian holiday it is also about people getting together with other people they know and often has not much to do with the realigous side of things. Everyone celebrates it differently and that is fine.

So this has nothing to do with your post. But I thought you might want to know that the sing in front of your church is getting a little bit of interest because of Roby from the Goo Goo Dolls. I don't know if it will get anyone to check out the website or the church but it might. If you follow the website address you can also see what I said about the picture.

Four part harmony? Did you get the Bangles as well?
A promise of eternal life, meaning in this one, a limited working schedule, and the thrill of working with the best Pastor in Buffalo :)
Also, even though she won't be singing "Baby I love you" in church this Sunday, she will be singing Allsion Kraus (spelling?) in four part harmony with some other really good singers!
How did you guys wrestle her away from her seven digit recording contract?
