Front porch.
That is where I will be while the sun is out. If you want to drink beer, play cards, or talk on the porch, stop by my place. My cell number is in the chatter box, if you want to call first.

I ain't too proud.
I don't care if this is a fake 23,000th post, I still got it.
joshua - 04/04/08 14:48
Thats funny - I deleted my post because I felt it was illegitimate. I should have had less pride!
janelle - 04/04/08 14:40
Post a picture of the closet door you fixed today so I can see it.
james - 04/04/08 14:38
oh... crap...
james - 04/04/08 14:37
And I ain't afraid to not comment on your fake journal and thus validate it!

Can your church musician do this?
Category: religion

Ours can.

metalpeter - 04/03/08 18:43
So this has nothing to do with your post. But I thought you might want to know that the sing in front of your church is getting a little bit of interest because of Roby from the Goo Goo Dolls. I don't know if it will get anyone to check out the website or the church but it might. If you follow the website address you can also see what I said about the picture.

Maybe. You'll have to show up to find out.

But I have been practicing walking like an Egyptian, just in case.
james - 04/01/08 14:57
Four part harmony? Did you get the Bangles as well?
drew - 04/01/08 14:19
A promise of eternal life, meaning in this one, a limited working schedule, and the thrill of working with the best Pastor in Buffalo :)

Also, even though she won't be singing "Baby I love you" in church this Sunday, she will be singing Allsion Kraus (spelling?) in four part harmony with some other really good singers!
james - 04/01/08 14:10
How did you guys wrestle her away from her seven digit recording contract?
jason - 04/01/08 11:47
Wow, really cool!

To lazy for a real post.
So i will cross-post from Elmwoodjesus.org. This is what I put there (which was also a lazy post, I know):

For the record, I have started to put most of my sermons there. It's not because I don't like you all, but just because that's where people tend to go look for sermons. So if you want theological content, go to elmwoodjesus.org/news

Oops. Can't copy and paste the links. So if you want to see the post, you have to go here.

I promise to be a better (e:strip)per soon.

This is also on the other site. Shane Clairborne talking about "Jesus for President":

Ok. Time to go home. My wonderful wife is making a good dinner tonight.
janelle - 03/31/08 17:39
nope. That was Patty. Can't take credit.
carolinian - 03/31/08 16:33
Did you think up "Jesus rose from the dead. So can Buffalo"? We saw your sign the other day.

Tonight
There is good polish stuff @ the Albright-Knox. That is where (e:janelle) and I will be, until we go salsa dancing.
paul - 03/31/08 00:06
Where do you Salsa dance at?
museumchick - 03/30/08 21:01
That sounds awesome! Did you take any pictures?
dcoffee - 03/29/08 00:29
That sounds so fun. I was thinking about doing some kind of dancing lesson with (e:mmtornow)
