I am an intern with Buffalo.com/Spotted and because of that tonight I had to go to a conference on blogging specifically targeting the general population of casual bloggers- how it works and who reads them, how you get acquainted with the whole ordeal if you are unfamiliar etc. And I was sitting there listening and I do of course blog, on here and on myspace.com/orchidiamond occasionally, my point being I guess that I'm really glad that (e:LC) introduced me to this forum. I am also getting excited that I am beginning to know my way around!! this is exciting because I always get lost, I mean that seriously =)

also...please continue to vote for my photo on Brickfish. com (the link is in another blog) it doesn't end until Dec but I am currently ranked 36 out of more than 800 entries!! so great job and thank you for your continued support =)

the art fair this weekend was a bust-- i shouldn't be suprised but i am...school is busy and i think i start work next week and not gonna lie its gonna suck lol...it'll be fine. besides that, things are going well. i am not one of Buffalo.com/spotted interns which is cool and next weekend im going to alleghaney (sp?) mountain biking and to the octoberfest in ellicottville. thats all i got right now..hope everyone is doing well =) Sonrio*

when it comes to art, i made a really cool pieces in both of the classes i had today...a large abstract of an old tea kettle and the beginning of what i think will be a fantastic photo montage. then i went to michaels and picked up a few mattes for the photo show im doing in a couple weeks and then i framed a print of mine from germany to put in the SVAO exhibition from the 22nd-15th in the Center for the Arts Atrium =)

super excited right now...would anybody like some postcards to hand out for the show at the lodge at the end of the month (thelodge.com)?
