new hircutI finally got a haircut. its been a year and a half. last time I got it cut was way back in oct 05'. I think there was a post about that disaster, but no pictures. I wanted a new cut because 1. it was so limp and boring and sloppy and 2. I wanted a stylish cut for paris.
so here it is!
btw, these pics looked a lot brighter on my phone, so i'm sorry they're so dark here.
and as you can also see, that i have NOT made my bed.

wow, such wonderful compliments! thank you all. My friend Katie did it. She's a freelancer. i dont know which salon (if at all?) she works for, but i can ask. i know she works for Rusk (the hair products company) as a ...? hmmm, i don't remember. anyway, i got it cut at her house, so i know she does it there, but i think she also makes house calls. either way, she is the person to go to if you want something edgy. (she just wrapped up a movie, where she was in charge of hair and makeup) if anyone wants her number, i'd be happy to give it to you.

Looks hot! You are going to fit right in. I'm jealous of your travels because you don't scream I'm from the US! In fact nobody even needs to know at all because you can say I'm from Poland. How sad that it has become better to hide our citizenship in order to avoid condemnation. Sorry I know this is all about your hair, so here it is.....hot!

It is preaty good. I can't speak to her motives but sometimes people who are very artistic have such a high standard that even if something looks verry good but they know they could have done a little bit better then they don't want someone to see it. Or sometimes something is good but some part of it dosn't look like how they wanted it to look or isn't what they where aiming for. That being said it looks verry good to me.

Deinspiration #5you know how your friends always say that they are SO sorry that theyve not been able to hang out, but that they've been so tied up with work, kids, projects, etc that they have not had a free moment, to call, write, email or visit you?
well, YVONNE, they lied.
as busy as they appear to be, they still manage to see all of their other friends, family, coworkers, neighbors etc. they say this to you, YVONNE, because in reality they don't really like you all that much and don't really have any desire to be around you, because...well....youre rather annoying. but you already knew this, right?

shopping at workwho ever thought that allowing roswell employees to pay for purchases bought at the gift shop by payroll deduction was a good idea, was crazy.
you can apparently purchase $200 worth of stuff and have it withdrawn from your paycheck in 4 payments.
this would not be a problem had they not had a gift shop full of vera bradley bags and accessories. tons and tons of different kinds of bags. all shapes and sizes.
i thought it would be nice if i had a new bag for paris.
and then i saw the matching scarf and thought about how nice it would look with my new purse. i would look like a travel goddess......
but only if i had a matching watch....
and this cute pair of earings.
and $160 dollars later, all i can think about is how cute my travel outfit will look next week when i sit my ass in the cushy, first class seat to paris!!!

I had such high hopes for that movie before it came out. I, myself, was a flight attendant at that time, and was hoping that that movie would be not cheesy.
I just want to make it clear, that I CANNOT afford to fly first class. however, because I was a flight attendant and was laid off, I got a plush furlogh package that included lifetime flight privilages for me and my family. I also got 2 years of paid medical benefits, which are now long gone. so anytime faben and I , or my parents want to fly we can do so for free in coach or for $150 in first class. this is also the reason I can afford to go to paris for practically a long weekend, since all I have to do is pay for a fairly inexpensive hotel and bring a little spending money. I did the 8 day trip to china (for faben and i) for $400 total.

ooh pretty, its all so pretty!!
ooh pretty, its all so pretty!!
the pink ones are sooo gross.
IMK you aren't going to believe this until you see it.
Seeing as I'm enrolled in almost every frequent flyer program known to man I get messages from the airlines. Today I got a V-Day message from Southwest - you gotta check it out. After seeing your chocolate pictures and knowing that you used to work for an airline I think its appropriate!
:::link:::
I would force feed the left over candy to the offender. If anybody thinks that they can get away with getting to the good stuff and leave half-eaten bad stuff - I DON'T THINK SO!
and besides, biting them is so amateur- if you don't want to risk getting a "bad" one, and want to know what's inside, you can mash a finger into the bottom to see. That's much more acceptable, and if you leave them right-side up in the box- no one can tell. ;) But still, I would kick some ass if someone got into my chocolate without asking.
and the obvious- who even touched your chocolate in the first place? Without asking? Not ok at all, and leaving half-eaten gross ones is even worse, I agree. I think someone needs a spanking, and I don't mean that in a kinky way.
no, they tried each of the chocolates, ate all of the good ones and left the nasty ones with bites taken out of them. you know how when you have a box of chocolates and there are always the nasty fruity ones? i admit, i've done that too.
Err, I'm assuming someone ate your chocolate.
That is awfully annoying - why the fuck just take little bites out of everything? What, is it less of an annoyance because they just ate a little of each instead of scarfing the whole thing? NO, in fact it is WORSE. I would rather they just eat the shit instead of leaving little fuckin bite marks in every piece.
