I need a workable diet. I can't stop eating and then when I do my body suffers ;(
I gained @ least 4-5 lbs from last weeks trip to the Smokey Mtns.
MENU Included:
- Char Broiled Alligator
- Flank Steak
- BIG Steak
- Eggs around the clock!
- Bacon (eaten only every other year)
- Reduced Fat Bubba Cheese Burger
- 6 Krystal Burgers
- Loads and Loads of liquid sin
- Did I forget to mentioned more canned cheese
- String Cheese
- Pizza
- Pasta & Garlic Bread
- Raw Oysters (my favorite!!!)
- Chips and Salsa
- Champagne
anyone on a healthy, successful, yummy diet?

There are many ways to diet it depends on what works for you. I admit I have never met you but from the few pics I have seen I don't think you need a diet. But my advice is too do one of two things. One is to cut out the snacks (can be verry tough to do) that are between meals. The other thing is portion control. Look at how much you eat. Your entire plate dosn't have be covered in food just the center of it. There are a lot of differant diets but they all seem kinda trendy. What ever diet you try it has to be something where you still enjoy food and it can't be anything to drastic other wise it will mess up your body. For example if you cut down to one meal a day your body will think you are starving and not burn anyfat because it needs to keep it so you can survive. I don't know if you exercise or not but add something you find fun and that will help to. I'm not licesend or anything but hope it helps.
