podzilla - iPod LinuxI happened accross this site from an article I read in the July '05 Macworld Magazine.
If you own a 1st 2nd or 3rd generation iPod, you can install Linux on it! Besides bonus features like free tetris, sketch pad and calculator programs, you can record at 96 Khz. All you need is a mic! The os only takes up 5mb of space and creates a dual boot system. There is non audified video playback too. All for free. I caan't wait until the 4th generation iPod version comes out. I plan on installing it.!!

my new web siteI registered a domain name and bought some web space this past weekend.
There is nothing up yet, but soon joshvito.com will be the coolest site around, right behind elmwoodstrip.com of course!
I've been very busy lately, Murphy's Law has been in full effect for the last 2 weeks at work. I have also been trying to slipstream some RAID drivers onto a custom instal windows XP install disc.
If anyone knows of any helpful sites for adding third party drivers to a windows xp install without the use of a floppy drive, let me know PLEASE! Can't microsoft just get rid of the damn floppy drive?!!! grrrrr

great weekendI had a great weekend. I saw star wars 3 on fri night. The movie was awesome. I recomend it.Even my girlfriend liked the movie, and she has not seen any of the other movies. I am the star wars uber geek, so you get a thumb up from me and one from my un baised gf That's 2 thumbs up!
I also took the girlfriend out on sat for her graduation. It was my first time at Mother's. The food was spectacular. Then I ended the weekend with some beers floating in my friend's pool. Heated to 90 degrees!! Also, throw in a buch of hours playing starwars KOTOR2. Can't wait till the work day today is over. I will have a relaxing evening, maybe I'll go see star wars again!
