I plan on buying one as soon as there are a few great games!


The system is going to open up new avenues for game developers!!! The low poly models we are used to now(which are awesome by the way), are going to look like dodo next to the graphics on the 360!! The xbox 360 can process 5x the polygons per sec!!!

If any of you have ever worked in an office, you know how great it is to get out of the office for lunch. So, I am really bummed because today, there is an office lunch meeting at noon.Mandatory. YUK! I bet they are going to tell us more about how they are moving the company to Newark, the armpit of the world. At leeast Ohio has less county problems!Maybe I will go to lunch at 11am, and come back for the meeting at noon and eat again!

I am sorry to hear that Canisius didn't hire you.
It is their own damn loss! That's how I would look at it. I bet there was some sort of political reasoning behind their decision. I am a contractor in the prepress department at ma printing company. The company hired a new prepress individual, and effectively skipped over me. Their reasoning was this; I already worked for them full time, so let's hire an outside person and we will have that extra person. The higherup management only approved one hiring, and I was told I would be the next addition to the permanent team. I am still a contractor 9months later. Needless to say, I will be moving to Pittsburgh PA in the next couple months. Shhh don't tell them, they/it ddoesn't know anything yet!!!And I will be sorely missed, or so I am told.

[inlink]matthew,553[/inlink] Matthew, what camera do you use? I am such an amataur photographer, I know very little. But, I imagine one needs a a camera with manual focus to take such great photos!

Today at the job, I noticed that one of the 50 web sites my company maintains doesn't work properly. I am using mac OS X 10.3 with firefox. So I tested the same site on a pc with firefox. The site didn't work there either. I asked one of the developers, why the site was down, and the reply I got was, "we don't test cross platform." Does anyone else besides me find this ridiculous? We are a 10-15million dollar company, and the main source of our revenue comes from web based orders, but we don't test on any platform except internet explorer!!! What is wrong with mac users' money? Does anyone besides me use firefox?
