A new Haircut
Category: hair
I a continuation of documenting every haircut. This time no nudity.

I was sick of getting zits from my hair dripping sweat in my face during gym workouts. I refuse to use shampoo, as I never really have. I also never used deoderant but I suppose anyone who has met me knows that ;)

image

Anyways so instead of starting to use shampoo, I decided to just cut all my hair of again. Bye, bye hair and bye bye zits.

The old hair cuts
(e:paul,4120) - the big haircut
(e:paul,3745) - the facial shave
(e:paul,2428) - the scandalous mirror pic
(e:paul,2780) - beard cut
(e:paul,3517) - full body shave - the sidekick bugs
(e:paul,1495) - shaved face - wow I look young - I guess it was 2 years ago

(e:paul,893) - the most shaved head ever

At least I didn't let my hair get as out of control as then (e:paul,4226)

I second sarahs comment, paul you DID used to use deordorant. And dont go blaming your allergies on my awesome hair. And as I recall your so called allergies havent ever prevented us from, well I guess somethings shouldnt be posted in comments, ha ha ha.
iriesara - 05/24/06 16:34
Paul, you can't say you've NEVER used deoderant - I personally remember a time when you used it religiously...I forgot what kind but whenever I smell it on someone else, I always think of you....granted this was a loooong time ago - around the same time that Sahara & Soup would poop out my 3-foot long hairs! The shampoo thing I can totally verify, and am still rather bitter that y'all can use a bar of soap and call it day and actually look decent - bastards!
Love you Paul, much going on, call me!
theecarey - 05/24/06 00:12
Oh Paul.. no nudity and no hair.

You disappoint.

hehe.

Allergic to shampoo.. I had no idea. Ahh, who needs it!

paul - 05/23/06 23:38
I am alergic to everything on earth. Same reason I don't use deoderant. Sometimes even other peoples shampoo makes me alergic. Especially (e:hodown) and her girly shampoo.
jenks - 05/23/06 23:31
ok paul I have to ask- why do you refuse to use shampoo? It smells good...

Nice Day
Category: mobile
Had lunch with (e:enknot) and (e:jenks). Anytime you wanna do that again jenks, I would be delighted.

image

(e:jenks) and (e:enknot) having my favorite kind of dorky discussion about computers and social networking.

Afterwards, I had a pleasant afternoon working on a programming project I not so fond of but am making the best of.

I worked a lot on this magicTable object for the project. That part was fun. I seem to never tire of javascript.

I finally asked my supervisor about getting a patent on one of my latest creations. I hope it works out.

On the way home there was this computer sitting on the lawn looking really sad. I hope they never put me outside like that when my technology is outdated.

image

jenks - 05/23/06 22:57
yeah that computer is sad. Just sitting in the grass? But lunch was fun. (not so sure about that pic though...) I think you're a good luck charm- I haven't had an hour long lunch in i don't know how long. :)
joshua - 05/23/06 22:25
About the computer pic - ever been by a nursing home only to see some elderly folks in rocking chairs out on the front porch? That pic kind of gave me that feeling.

P.S. that apple and that piece of candy were definitely bait.

Mobile Snaps in Time
Category: photos
Here I am being silly and carefree
image

Here I am being a freak about to go mobile.

(e:twisted) says I don't look nearly as evil as here (e:paul,3822)

Someone left this apple and candy on a table in the hallways at Roswell. Did they really think someone was going to pick up some candy or an apple in a hospital and eat it? It seems so intentional. I mean it is screaming danger to me. Was I brought up to be too careful?

The city removed those orange barrels from the street near the BAC next to the courthouse and jail but forgot to remove the tire rims that held them in place. They have been there for a while now. It;s kind of trashy.

(e:paul,4339) - here are those ants from the other day

Boring, Cold, Programming Weekend
Category: boring
Well, I never intended to spend my entire weekend programming again, it is suposed to be summer after all, but the weather did not cooperate with my life and I am trying to save money for the mansion (e:paul,4343)

I fixed some mini bugs that were annoying me and added a bunch of new stuff like the autosave and restore features, redid the autodirections for wap, PDAs and xhtml phones. You should just be able to go to estrip.org now. I fixed the size of the new user default pics and made it stamp their names on the defualt pics so you can see who is there.

The 300 magnetic bumpster stickers should be here this week. I am so curious if it will help raise the number of epeeps. We got two new ones today. Maybe its a sign of expansion. I would really like to have 1000 members although some part of me if a little stressed out at dealing with that many people alone. I would definately need some greeters/official question answerers.

image

I also updated my portfolio and worked on my thesis a tiny bit. I still can't believe it will end either way soon enough.

I am still working out.

image

Maybe next year I will make it to San Francisco for the breakers race that (e:ajay,474) was talking about. I guess a whole bunch of people run it naked They even raise money to help cure Leukemia and Lymphoma

twisted - 05/23/06 22:38
I do tend to get away with murder. Although I think it's more because of my earnestness. ;-)

I'll also have to be team photographer, since you naked runners won't have any place to stash a spare memory card. Hey, anything for charity. ;-)
paul - 05/23/06 03:36
Sounds good, I am all about running naked through the streets.
ajay - 05/23/06 02:43
Paul's progress reminds me of this "Bullworker" ad from the 70s, about a guy kicking sand in a skinny guy's face (in front of his chick), and the skinny guy then works out and becomes buff.

I think getting accosted in the subway did wonders for Paul..

And hey Paul: next year, come over and run in the B2B! I will _definitely_ be running. We can have an "ESTRIP.ORG" team! (e:Twisted) will be our booze agent, smuggling kegs for us (just look at her face, noone would suspect her...)
jason - 05/23/06 00:59
Wow, I'm really impressed by your progress. You look great!
ladycroft - 05/21/06 22:24
lookin good paul!
