Potato Chip Advertisment
I was working on the fivev project with cassie when I noticed her potato chips had advertisements printed on them (see below.) I hope this isn't the beginning of extreme food based text advertising.

She also told me her kids have fruit roll ups that when pressed on their tongue print stuff in food coloring on it.

As if their wasn't already enough dye in fruit rollups! Kids of course then want to stick out their tongues. This could end up being so sick if companies convince kids to convince their parents to let them use their bodies as advertising space. What is worse is that the body being used for the advertisment doesn't really receive any reward or gain. I mean the people selling their bodies for advertising space on ebay are at least getting money for it.

An another note is this the halon gas you were talking about (e:shawnr) . And why do we need it in the CFA if it is so deadly.

Musubi
I was eating at the korean express on campus today and noticed the red machine on the counter with musubi in it. Does anyone know what that is? They look like white steamed rolls. What is inside?

Bobby Fischer gets Icelandic Citizenship

Fischer is wanted in the U-S for playing a chess match in Yugoslavia in 1992 in violation of U-S sanctions. Japan arrested him last summer on a passport violation and he's been fighting extradition to the U-S.

Iceland's Parliament granted him citizenship this week. But going there might not protect him, since Iceland also has an extradition treaty with the U-S.

The Bobby Fischer (WIKIPEDIA - Bobby Fischer)story is indicative of everything that is wrong with the world.

You can read your journal on wap

Now, Japan's cell phone users are turning pages.

Several mobile Web sites offer hundreds of novels -- classics, best sellers and some works written especially for the medium.

It takes some getting used to. Only a few lines pop up at a time because the phone screen is about half the size of a business card.

Speaking about reading on cell phones, does anyone know that you can read the latest elmwoodstrip.com journal entries at www.elmwoodstrip.com/wap
