How did this crappie looking food not get quality controlled along the way? Why is it labeled local organic?

For my 40th birthday (e:yesthatcasey), (e:joe), (e:Terry) and (e:uchina) traveled to NYC to see (e:hodown). It was a great time only wish NYC was a little smaller so we didn't have to travel so much. I think my favorite parts were the American wing at the Met and dinner at Tao and Quality Meats. It was nice getting away from work for a few days although I kind of dragged it with me a bit.

My stupid blue Raynaud's zombie fingers now get numb sometimes when I'm typing. Next step amputation.

Looks like this started in November 2013 - at least that's when I started writing about it but I kind of remember it happening before just not at this level.

Sometimes I just wish I lived in Florida or Arizona.
