phone trouble

my note 2 is behaving badly since the last os update on Verizon. I can't publish photos to estrip thru the gallery or g+ photos. gallery doesn't work much at all. hangouts is also cranky and sometimes won't notify me or receive chats for hours on end, which is maddening when it's my primary way of communicating with (e:Terry) and (e:Dianne). I don't even know what additional information would be relevant to diagnosing, I'm having trouble even searching for the problem(s)/resolution because it's so nonspecific.

I have lots of images I'd like to share but I'm stuck with this tech problem. ideas on solutions? thanks :-)

Hmmm, I got same phone and same provider but haven't had any trouble. My phone is getting a bit slower, so I think I need to delete photos.

I don't even have a cell phone.... The Problem is IOS I know nothing about phones but have read this from someone else on a different site about the updates..... No idea if their is anyway to go back to the previous one .....
