100 years of farmers - geneology stevanatoCategory: family
I was going through a lot of the family documents I scanned while Nonna was alive.
I found this one document that maps a hundred years of Nonna's lineage issued back in 1941. It goes back even further though.
At the top it says, "Dai Registri Parrocchiali esistenti in questo Archivio, risulta la seguente discendenza ultracentenaria della famiglia di agricoltori." Which according to google means, "the parish registers exist in this archive is the following hundred years, descendants of the family of farmers"
Its neat to find out their names.
Grandfather: Giorgio Armenia (07/04/1915)
Grandmother: Pierina Stevanto (06/29/1915)
married 01/31/1948
Great Grandfather: Fortunato Stevanto (06/14/1878)
Great Grandmother: Teodolina Rizzato
Great, Great Grandfather: Antonio Stevanato (02/08/1850)
Great, Great Grandmother: Teresa Casarin
Great, Great, Great Grandfather: Pasquale Stevanato (10/03/1809)
Great, Great, Great Grandmother: Furlan Maria
Great, Great, Great, Great Grandfather: Angelo Stevanato (05/08/1789)
Great, Great, Great, Great Grandmother: Margherita Battiston
Great, Great, Great, Great, Great Grandfather: Pasqualin Stevanato (05/08/1789)
Great, Great, Great, Great, Great Grandmother: Girolima Salviato OR Salviato Girolima. Its weird because the other names on the document are lastname, first but salviato doesn't sound like a woman's name.

Basra's first day outside 2011Category: pets
This was his first day outside. Its weird, this morning I brought him in grass and plants from outside to eat and he barely touched them but as soon as he got outside he chowed down for like 3 hours.

Well from my view People from Sicily are from Sicily and not Italy and if you call them Italian they will correct you quickly and if you know what is good for ya you won't make that mistake again.... Well that is true of some people from Sicily not all of them...........
