Holiday graveyardThis year we went all out with the big stuff. I am not so dedicated
for next year. Moving a 50 lb frozen pumkin is hard. Right now it's
in the middle of the backyard.

Really bad dayToday I am really sick with this supid cold that won't go away. I
feel like crap and then one of my programs at work has a y2k10 bug.
It was my fault and stupid. It took me like 8 hours to fix the mess.
Luckily my applications meticulously log what they are doing so it
traceable and everything worked out. On the other hand I was so
stressed the whole time and have a slamming headache now.
So for the comic relief. In the background (e:Matthew) was watching the
Supersize Me documentary. It just ended up making us both hungry for
bacon cheeseburgers which I am cooking now.

Super Size me Is a great Movie. On a side note I love shows about Burgers and their History or McDonalds and Places like that. It had the effect of me not eating McDonalds for some time. But Now I so want a Bacon Burger in some form.

New years eve party 2010The party was a blast. So many people showed up considering it was so
last minute. Besides having this cold I am still having, it was
really fun. I fell asleep a littleearlier thanks to a visit from the
nyquil fairy.
This year I had to upgrade the ball for the balldrop as one of the
strands went out. I think it looked even better with white. (E:leetee)
and I thought that next year we should do orange too if anyone sees a
strand of orange lights. I guess they probably have them for
Halloween. Sorry the picture of after the balldrop is so blurry. It
was so dark.

Those flowers are pretty but I am so allergic to them. I could never have them in my house.
Hmmm... I have never seen them in India. Must be some South-east Asian variety.
They are Asian lilies. I got them from Bob at Mother Nature.
What kind are they - Amaryllis?
I love those flowers. I'm so glad that they were closed up when I gave them to her so they had something to look forward to. Best thing about them is they die and then she can throw them away!
