I seriously love the snow. I may not care to drive in it here as the locals are a-hole drivers; But nevertheless, I LOVE the SNOW!!!!
Hopefully it will stick around for a while : )

I don't think these loaded in sequential order but whatever.
To kick the year off properly, I have not made resolutions to which I know I will never keep, goals I won't attempt and so on.
But I have resolved to eat at home for the first week or so. Or as often as possible. So, here was a meal prepared recently in keeping my word to myself...

Yum! I love making that kind of pasta, where you just throw what you have in there. leeks, mushrooms, onions, shrimp, etc....plus, you look so cute in your pic!

I despise $$$ car repairs: I despise moving offices again!
