This always happens here in Adairsville. I start itching for wild times that are just not going down.
what to do? Ah, I have new commodities. I'll post them below. I hate this holiday. I feel like a big fucking loser because I don't want it but they want me to want it so bad that I have to and really I do want it so.... Jesus Fucking Baby Christ!
I have to go watch Deliverance.

HOliday Reflections
My Mama was all pissed off today because I slept through the family dinner even though everyone took turns hollering at me to get up. This evening me and Kiah had some fun with the camera.

I came across this picture again. I posted it a long time ago when I found it on my computer at home. [inlink]robin,105[/inlink]

I went and asked my Dad who they were and he told me the craziest story. The couple in the picture were my Granny's grandparents so I was right in guessing that they were my Great Great grandparents. Here is their story.

The woman in the picture was married twice. The man in the picture is her second husband, both of her husbands were drafted by the confederacy and fought in the civil war. Her first husband was injured in the war so she left North Carolina to go to Richmond and nurse him. She left her two children in the care of a neighboring family.
She got to Richmond and her first husband eventually died there. When she got back to North Carolina and went for her children she found that they had died of starvation and abuse at the hands of the family who she thought would care for them.
Then she met the man in the picture and married him. When her second husband found out what happened to her children he went to the small mill (where the child killers lived) and he murdered them. Then my great great grandparents moved in there and took over.
I don't know if I wrote that coherently but I tried to tell it like my Daddy just told me.

Deliverance is a sick movie. I liked it. It was lawless, with the law ever present of course.
