We still can't deicde if we should rent the other apartment out or live in it. Wow owning a house seems like a huge deal.

Right now I am working for $17,000/year with no health insurance and it can't be hard to beat that for a PHP (OOP), MySQL, XML, AJAX, WAP, DHTML programmer and graphic designer/ hard worker.

Well today is another pride parade and festival. It should be fun, as are all elmwood events. It is weird not being able to view it from the porch this year. I was so used to living on elmwood. Now we have to walk.
