last day at KMSI am very sad, on the verge of spilling tears.
It was my last day at Kenmroe Middle School and I am going to miss my kids more than I ever could have imagined. They threw me a party and some of them got me presents, and they made me huge cards that every kid signed.
It was really touching.
A bunch of them said they didn't want me to leave.
I asked the Math teacher down the hall if all the student teachers got this reaction when they left and she said no, and that I should be proud of myself.

banded bangsthere's a theory that the universe is constantly expanding, and eventually it will reach it's peak, and it will turn around and implode on itself, at which point the big bang will repeat and the universe will begin to expand again. this is supposedly a neverending cycle.
so...when i snap a rubberband in between my fingers and dust flies all around, is that really a little universe being created and destroyed by my playful snapping of molecules? does it reverberate forever?
