I saw the most amazing Great Dane at the Pride Parade today.........
Growing up, one of my best friends had the sweetest Great Dane named Bo. He was so gentle.....my friend used to ride around on his back.....
I think they had to put him to sleep after he bit through his tongue.... what a great dog....
My friend Yo got home from Israel today, it was so good to see her, her presence was greatly missed!.....Hopefully we'll get to see her for even a fraction of time that her pillow does.......you people sleep too much!!!!
Now I've got to go....."Pretty In Pink" is on tv and I 've only seen it about 65 times.......so I obviously need to watch it again.

I'm so tired.....and chilly.....and I just discovered a large amount of puff paint in my hair, but it's okay because in a few minutes I am going to take a bath and everything will be cured...
Plus, I'm excited to see new people on the site (yahh Beaster,.....yah!!)....Welcome. Hopefully, those of you who are reading this and haven't started a journal already, will.....

The AAUW is holding a huge used book sale at 3248 Sheridan Drive (between N. Bailey and Sweet Home)......it started on Wed. but is going on thru Sunday. Check it out, it's supposed to be pretty good.......
And yes, if you spot someone with her arms ambitiously piled with books she is probably never going to have the chance to read, it's me!!

I'm looking to buy a bike.....nothing fancy, I don't need a mountain bike or anything crazy exravagant.....just something to ride around town on......bonus points for one with a basket...... If anyone knows where I can find one (cheaper is better,...but isn't that always the case), let me know......Thanks!!!!
