TechNoir Events is proud to hook up with Broadway Joe's, Tony Agro of Standard Issue Citizen, FTMP Productions, and a variety of local DJs to FINALLY have the opportunity to host Buffalo's first EVER mass Goth, Industrial & Alternative Garage Sale! This is something we've been wanting to do for a long time. With the HUGE success of the garage sales in Rochester at Vertex Nightclub, we are extremely happy to offer the same experience here in Buffalo! And if this event goes over well, I'm sure we'll be able to set up more in the future.

We'll be filling up both the inside and as much of the outside patio area as we can with vendors!

Age limit is 16+. Anyone under 21 must have proper ID to enter.

Music for the event provided by:

DJ ArcaTek (from Radiation dance nights, the last Friday of the month at The Underground Nightclub), will be spinning from 5-6 pm

DJ Einsam Fechter (from UPRISING!, the first Friday of the month at Broadway Joe's), will be spinning from 6-7 pm

DJ Leah (from WBNY's The Dark Side weekly radio show on 91.3fm), will be spinning from 8-9 pm

DJ Bud (from Cowboys of Scotland/Continental Reunion), will spinning from 9-10 pm

Tony Agro (of the band Standard Issue Citizen), will be spinning from 7-8 pm

This is not a dance party. However, since the music will be super awesome and there's alcohol involved, we can't be held responsible if dance party time occurs in random areas.

The bar and kitchen will be open for drinks, featuring a new, expanded menu if you'd like to purchase dinner. We might be using the grill outside as well.

If you are interested in vending, please send an email to TechNoir at technoir.events@hotmail.com, FTMP at forthemusicbuffalo@gmail.com or to Tony Agro at TAgro27@hotmail.com to receive the link for where to pay for the vending fee online.

There is a fee to vend and you must provide your own table/racks/chair. Fee depends on how much space you'll need and ranges from $5-$15. Let us know if you prefer to be inside or outside. Inside space is limited and costs more money, so first come first serve!

We'll be taking payments online and by cash ONLY (no checks or money orders)!!
Only Amy and Tony will be accepting physical cash payments.

5 x 5 spaces (enough room for a card table and hanging rack) are $5 for outside and $10 for inside.
(The lights will be on inside, the bar will be open, please note the music provided for the event will not be super loud, but it will obviously be louder inside)

If you need more space than 5 x 5 the fee will be $15 whether you're inside or outside.

I am throwing a Steampunk cosplay event on May 12, 2012 at The Forvm in Amherst. Featuring a live band, burlesque and belly dance performances, Pyromancy, vendors and photography. Admission is $10, it's 17+. Steampunk dress is encouraged, but not required.

Our three DJs for the evening include some well-known names in the local scene:

ArcaTek- Radiation Dance Party- (Buffalo, NY)
ArcaTek is the current resident DJ for Buffalo's most popular monthly goth/industrial dance night, Radiation. He also used to be the resident DJ on Saturday nights at the Continental in Buffalo for nine years, on Saturday nights at Red Square in St. Catherines, for two years at OPM Lounge (for the events Wicked Wednesdays & Radiation Fridays), and for one year at The Atomic on Thursday nights in Buffalo, NY. He has also done guest spots in Boston, Montreal, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Albany. ArcaTek has been DJing for 12 years at various clubs spanning 2 countries.

DJ Leah: - The Darkside radio show- (Buffalo, NY)
DJ Leah has been hosting a weekly goth/industrial radio show on Buffalo State's college radio station WBNY 91.3 FM since 2002. She has also Djed in Syracuse, Vertex in Rochester, as well as at Buffalo haunts Groove, OPM, Sound Lab, 658 Lounge, The Continental, and Club Diablo.

DJ Golden Dove: - (Buffalo, NY)
Golden Dove began his DJ career at SUNY Potsdam's college radio station, 90.3 FM WAIH, playing Electro-Industrial, EBM, Terror EBM, etc. He also ran music for a commemoration of Poe's death party. The event was a combination of burlesque performers and readings of Poe's works. He also has experience DJing at Club Diablo and has performed experimental glitch music at Nobody's art gallery in Buffalo.
