Hesperus

Short Excerpt From Bio on their site
:
In it's 3 year history, Hesperus had emerged out of the dying city of Buffalo, NY as a truly original and intense forse. Inspired by such ground-breaking artist Led Zepplin and Radiohead. The Band's all orginal music is also laced with elements of U2 and The Doors. Although primarily a modern rock band, their music stylistically ranges from Eat Indian to Latin to Electronic and classical. It is this diversity that makes hesperus unforgettable intense to experience live.
Paul's Two Cents: They sound lot like one of my favorite bands - the Tea Party.
Here are some songs to download, they will also be playing on the radio all day.

What's Up with the radio?I would like to start to offer more local programming and get people interested in it but it will require someone else making the shows as I have no time to organize it. You can send us the shows on CD if you would like. Please try and refrain from using copyrighted content.
I would like to encourage someone to make a talk show with interviews of local bands accompanied by their music. We could also use a local politics talk show. Anyone have time or interest? Maybe even a radio show about food in buffalo? A poetry show? Anything is possible. Email elmwood radio by clicking on the email elmwood link in the link list under the radio userPic on the radio journal if you have any questions. Alternatively, you can simply send CDs to the following address. MP3 or regular audio CDs are acceptable.
