Maybe im behind and havent seen this but i watched a cool video today on Java's Looking glass project which turns a desktop into a 3D environment. it looks really cool and really, um a Mac-like, the link to the article and video are at



its in real media, very cool effects and looks useful, hopefully it takes off

here are a few more screenshots from my massive final project, that has consumed hours upon hours of my life, and i can't wait to do another one, im sick really. The ground is not final and i need to add main st. as well, but it it looking good so far id say, the middle shot is my favorite.

I still need to do something about the ground its pretty ugly, i will soon i think, today perhaps.
