Saturday I saw Sin City. I thought it was a great movie. Yes it was super violant but it had a great story. Plus I love the effects. Yes it is like the adds it is a mix of black and white, and color. I do the black back ground and red as a tribute to the movie. I admit I never read the graffic novels but based on the movie they must be awesome. Plus let us not forget there was nudity. I wish Jessica Alba would have showed hers off but she was still amazingly sexy and hot. I won't ruin the movie for anyone by saying what happened. There where a lot of great stars and they all did a great job acting and making there characters their own and beliveable. I put it right up there With Kill Bill and Pulp Fiction and a few of my other favorite movies. I like the way the movie is shot and some of the effects. I would highly recomend it for those that like action movies or anyone who isn't turned off by violance and some great nudity. [bgcolor]#000000[/bgcolor]

[inlink]aswierat,10[/inlink] Here is my view on the entire Shivo thing. The problem is that from what I understand you have the parents saying one thing and you have the husband saying another. When she didn't have anything like a living will then no one can say for sure what she really wanted. Sometimes people express what they want. Maybe the husband is sick of seeing her like this and just wants her to die. Maybe the parents can't stand to lose her. Maybe they are gulity and feal that they helped this to happen. Sometimes people have their own agendas. That is why I think that the court needs to stay out of it as much as possible. How can a court decide if she should stay on a feeding tube. They would have to hear from everyone who knew her. Howoften does someone who is young sit down and say if this ever happens this is what I want done. Not very often so I think that their is a lot of speculation going on here. In any event it is still messed up

The next question is how do you define life. Before she died. Was she alive. They arn't sure if she understands or can compreheand anything. Yes the brain is verry destroyed and can't perform what it should. But can the ears filter sound and send it to the part of the brain that understands language? Doctors know a lot but they still don't really know how the brain and mind work entirely. When people for example are in a coma and come out of them they don't remember what went on when they where in one. But when they come out they can be ok. I think that you mental state is why you can't remember. I was reading about this test they gave college students. They studied when they where high. When they then took a test high (same mental state) they could recall everything. But when Not high the test became verry diffacult. That seems to make sense that could mean that there are differant levels of consuicousness. That would explain why people in coma's can't remember stuff from there coma because they have to be in the same state of consucness.

What about life vs. Human life. A tree is alive. But if you are brain dead are you only as alive as a tree or someothter thing that dosn't have a brain. Or maybe some animal that is alive but doesn't have self awareness? I'm not saying I'm right or wrong in my thoughts I'm just giving some differant views of looking at stuff.


I think it is a shame that there are a lot of politians that used and will use this to push there politics. But that is our lovely country for you. That being said South Park wich I do commend for taking on serious issues in a funny way but still presenting them. Had an interesting take on it. Even though it did have a PSP and the Battle between God and The Devil. They did make some interesting points. Kenny had this note that if he was ever on a feeding tube that he didn't want to be on national tv. Of course the last page of his will was lost. So everyone was fighting if he lived or died. Cartmen lied and said he wanted to die and just so he could get Kenny's PSP. Then you have the parents who want to keep him alive. All kenny wanted was to be left alone. But all kinding aside what if the cartoon got it right. What if shivo can somehow understand this and can see everyone fighting over the tube and the tv exposure and hates it. I say if she is dead then let her die if she wants and if she wants to live let her stay on the tube for 15 more years. The problem was no one really knew what she wanted. But at the end of the show the boys where right for the wrong reason and cartmen was right for the wrong reason. So hopefully this will never happen again. Poor girl I hope she is in peace at least. For anyone who is still reading this thanks, I admit it is complicated and don't have all the answers I just wanted people to see my odd view of things.

I'm not really into drugs at all but I do adimit e and Special K do sound like they would be enjoyable. But I'm not into dance music so I would have no reason to go to a rave not that those are the only places to use them. From what i have seen on TV and Heard one of the dangers isn't the e it is that it is cut with differant things and what is mixed in with it is what is dangerous that is why people have testing kits.

I like that the weather is getting warmer It means summer will be here soon. One of the great things about summer hear is the festivals. I love going to Music Is Art and Allentown Art fest, Taste o' Buffalo, Artvoice Street Fest, The Chicken Wing Fest, Thursday in the square and I'm sure there are a few things I forgot. But I think it unofficaly starts this friday. The Buffalo Bandits Vs. The Nighthawks It si both Motorcycle night and Native American Night. I do know that they are Having Motorcycels in the Loby before the game not sure what Time. There will be people from the EDGE there. I know that isn't really a festival but it is a good start. Friday Night I went to the Bandits Game. It was a great game. There where Cheerleaders and hot girls there. Oh and the game was a rough close game that the Bandits won. It was a verry important game since the nighthawks where tied with the bandits in second place. Before the game they motorcycles in the lobby it was biker and Native American night. So I go home and watch the end of Trial By Jury and Fall asleep on Bill Mahr good show but just to tired. I wak up on Saturday and There is all this fing snow. I'm going to try to upload one bike pic and see what happens.
