[inlink]terry,372[/inlink] Here is how I view the book thing. First of all Libaries have all kinds of books all of wich are copywrited they loan them out and don't sell them. They get around the copyrights that way. The books are then returned they are not distrubting them. Now in terms of the books being sold. Giving a preview of the book is not violating the copyright, I think. Plus anyone who thought that the copyrights where violated would be an iddiot to sue. Since the main point of this is to sell books. You are basicly doing the same thing you can do in any bookstore. In those chain bookstores that sell coffee and food you can read a whole book and never be bothered as long as you eat there food. Lets say you go into walden books and see a book that you think you like. You kinda flip through it and see what it is about. Then the person next to you says "That book Is great" So you ask them a question about it. Then They Respond "Oh that topic is coverd in the 3rd chapter". That is all the site is doing really so there shouldn't be any real legal problems with it. Or at least in my view. But I also thought there was nothing wrong with Napster. Why is it any differant then taping off the Radio or Dubing your tape for a buddy. If Your buddy likes enough of the songs then they will turn into a fan and buy shirts and go to that bands concerts and maybe even by a Tape or CD. [bgcolor]#00ffee[/bgcolor]

Well Work was a crazzy day today. It was a bit stressfull. Last night I slept like shit. I could not sleep at all. But there was good news at work also. There is an opening in the wherehouse I let them know I would be interested in it. Yes getting out there will be a little crazzy if I get hired but It will be a new challange. Last Year I helped the guys in the wherehouse out and I really enjoyed it. I'm a bit rusty at it but I would enjoy more then what I'm doing now, but there may be some more qualified people then myself. My work may be on or in the news they will be distrubting oxy (you know the face stuff) then eventully they will start to make it also. It is a huge deal for the company. I wish I had more to say but that is all I can think of.

Ok I admit it I have been gone for about a week I have a new email address it is Peterrdunn1@aol.com I putting it up here becuae I don't know how to change my registration information. The Dell comes with 6 months of Aol for free so that is the new account. I see the site has changed some in a week. I'm to far behind to try and read a weeks full of posts but I did read a few. Hopefully I will be adding pictures to some of my posts soon. It is good that the green budget passed I think. I just hope they can cut medicaid costs. I don't know if any of Giambiara Patronage jobs are kept or not. Well I wish I had more on my mind. I never bought tickets for Breaking Benjimin (tonight) or last weeks Damage Plan concert they both would have been awesome I bet.

I was going to go see Dope tonight but do to money crunch I never bought the tickets. They are with a few other bands at the Showplace. I think it would have been a great show. I saw them once before there and they where good.

I had a few other things I wanted to mention also but as soon as I started to type my mind went blank. Ok I remember Now I'm glad it is thursday and my weekend starts. I watch Wrestling and Tape OC and North Shore. There is this show on Chanel 7 with kelly Osbourne that looks like it is good but it is on at the same time as North Shore so I can't see them both. That reminds me I have been thinking about getting my Hair dyed for some time but I can't decide how. I was thinking to put it all in a pony tail and dye the tail Bright Red or Bright Purple. I also think All jet black would be cool. I ladies I like the streaks but I don't think it would look right on me. Maybe Jet black with Red and Purple streaks. I like How Ozzy used to have his hair with the red tips and the rest jet black. One of these days maybe I will get it done. I want it so if I don't like it a could redye it but so that the dye dosn't come off on other stuff. Maybe some day I will make up my mind.[bgcolor]#ca0008[/bgcolor]

[inlink]mike,275[/inlink] First of all I read Yummy and see a cute lady. That is funny I don't think it was meant to be that way. I admit I have never been to mighty taco. But I think that they have the best Radio Ads that I have heard in a long time they are right up there with those miller ads where they sing that got turned into TV adds. Taco Bell has a couple funny ads to. I remember ETS used to be a very good taco place to. One day I will go to Mighty Taco.
