today we went to the botanical gardens, because i read about it in (e:matthew) 's journal and thought it sounded like a good time. it was great! we're planning on going again soon, sometime when the Hot Luck festival isn't going on. i'll load in some of the pictures i took today, but since i have to do it the old fashioned way (via scanner), i'll have to wait until i get the film developed.

Wegmans brand Apple Snaps taste nothing like Apple Jacks and frankly they don't really taste like anything.

I think waking up early for the last 22 days in a row has finally started to get to me. I have at least 7 more days of getting up early ahead of me. Everyone pray that I do not get put on the morning schedule for Sunday, Aug 8. That is my first chance at sleep, and then it will be 5 more days from there.

I'm really tired.
I am going to a meeting at work and then scheduled for the floor for 2 hours. Stop in and see me.

our mannequins come equipped with high heels and nipples, but don't have heads at all

a symbol of our mindless materialistic society i suppose

i dreamed....that i was dreaming (a common occurrence with me). in my dream, when i woke up from my dream, i wanted to tell (e:floppydonkey) about it. i was searching all over our apartment (see below...looks nothing like where we actually live), but i couldn't find him. eventually i found him, but i was just so in love with him when i finally saw him in my dream, that i forgot the sub-dream i wanted to share.
