a beautiful evening
[inlink]emily,169[/inlink]I used to play that when I was little, but we played MATH = mansion, apartment, trailer, house...or if we were playing with someone we didn't really like, T would become Toilet.

I just came back from a very enjoyable walk down Elmwood with Floppydonkey. I stopped and took a few pictures and spent a few minutes at Talking Leaves. Now we are getting a dinner picnic together to take to Delaware Park.
PS: Floppydonkey doesn't post much because he doesn't think people care what he has to say. Please visit his journal and let him know you care.

That was sweet. I love watching people from my living room window and I love telechalking! hahaha Maybe next time I'll actually have clothes on instead of jammies and come down and say hi.

See pics of my bunny, Ruby: She came from Elmwood Pet Supplies

books to read
[inlink]mk,97[/inlink]I really would suggest reading the DaVinci Code. I actually just started reading thsi book yesterday. I am on chapter 4 and am so engrossed with it! I'm pretty sure most libraries have copies of it. The only other books I have read lately have been Harry Potter and books for school.

car, can you ever forgive me?
Eulogy for my Fender

Car,
how can you ever forgive me for what I have done to you?
I have many excuses;
I'm tired,
sick,
in a hurry to get home from work...
but nothing can excuse my lack of attention.
I should have looked
I shouldn't have turned so fast out of the parking spot.
Now, pieces of you are lying on the ground.
The front
driver side
wheel panel
is destroyed.
What was once shiny and beautiful
is now dented and shattered.
I hope the measly amount of money I make at the mall
will be enough to fix you.
If it's any consolation,
I am so distraught over what I have done to you,
my car,
who has never failed me or let me down,
that I completely forgot,
to look at my paycheck.
