Living in East Lovejoy, Beggars Night is a big thing here (as well as in Kaisertown). On October 30th, the day before Halloween (as you already know) everybody trick or treats. I sometimes wonder how everybody knows to do it, nobody ever comes out on real Halloween, just Beggars night. And they are still going around. I ran out of candy a half hour ago, so I can't imagine how much candy those other people bought (I had about 300 and gave about 1 to everybody...stingy, yes, but I didn't want to run out early...).
Well, anyways my real reason for writing this is (if anybody reads this, which I don't think they will) is to ask if you have ever heard of Beggars Night or came over to East Lovejoy or Kaisertown to celebrate it.
Have a happy Beggars Night!!
