Hangover or Depressed?

After a night out the next day I always have this horrible feeling. There is something I should of done that I am not doing? lonesomeness? Depression? Buffalo? Remorse of drunken weirdness? Do I need therapy?
I think I'll go see a movie, that should cure the blues.
