1st Anniversary
Category: wedding
It seems unbelievable that it's been a whole year since (e:terry) and I got married. That's to everyone who helped make it such a special day.

It's weird to even celebrate a single year when I feel like we have been married since we started dating 15 years ago.

I love you so much terry. Here is to one very amazing year and many more to come. I hope I die first so that I never have to live without you.

Squid Eggs Sacks and Babies In Provincetown
Category: pets
While we were here we kept some squid ( Loligo pealei) eggs in a water bottle to watch them hatch. They are the cutest freakin things with their tiny little eyes and wings. I wish we had a way to grow them into full adults at home.

There are millions of their egg pods that washed up on the beach. They look like clear bags of caviar but there is a squid inside each little egg in the sack. Eventually they break out and swim around.

Torso Town, USA
Category: provincetown
I have never chatted with so many torsos in my life. For such an openly gay town, you think people would show their faces. My thoughts, butterface.

Yet having gone to the nude beach enough now, its interesting to see how many people are hot in every way but their face. Nude beaches are their paradise.

The Creepiest Doll
Category: provincetown

They have the creepiest dolls as the Provincetown Museum by the tower. I got a snapshot of this one to use as my phone's lock screen.

Moby Dick's
Category: food
The hurricane is putting a damper on the weather so we went to Moby Dick's in Wellfleet via car.

The food and atmosphere was really good and we made it before the crowds got there for dinner.

I had some amazing Wellfleet oyster on the half shell and crab cakes that were made of pretty much just lump crabmeat.

They even had a veggie burger for (e:Joe) and a tasy chicken sandwich for (e:terry). Strangely, the veggie burger came on a gluten free bun by default and they gave him the option to switch it out for a traditional wheat roll. Oh how times are changing.

After dinner (e:Joe) and I threw ourselves in the hurricane Aurthur ocean. We only went a little way out and I can see how you would die if you went any further. Its amazing the strength of the waves.
