This ortiz brand olive oil packed tuna tastes better than any other
tuna I ever had. e:hodown made tuna melt bagels for breakfast yesterday
because all the bagel shops were closed. Seeing as it's $10/ jar I
don't get it very often but it's so worth it.

Today, I was searching for my stuff on google and found this ransom note writer I made from artvoice clippings. I made me miss the good old days of having time to program stuff for fun instead of for profit.

I seriously cannot believe this article on being "Buffalo-ish" which they describe as similar to being Jewish. Its offensive for Buffalonians, its offensive to Jews, it makes no sense. It is pretty much just pure crap. Maybe there just aren't enough good things to say about Buffalo anymore that they need more filler crap. To make it worse the article is written by an x-buffalonian living in Chicago, who left Buffalo because of the weather? What an idiot.

Ever since I first heard that nursery rhyme about the three men in a tub I was hooked on the dynamics of a three person male relationship. I am not saying any of these pictures of are men in "romantic relationships" but they are obviously close friends. One book that e:matthew had said that men were much closer in general before homosexuality was clinically defined at the turn of the century. Supposedly, it strained regular male relationships because they did not want to be seen as gay.

Anyways, I was going through this websitelink with vintage pictures of men posing together and found these ones interesting.

I would be happy to see israel blown off the face of earth. I just don't see what good it is supporting them. Imagine how different our relationship with the Arabs would be of we gave up on Israel.

Not only that but if the whole thing was blown away no one would fight over all the bullshit religious monuments. I think the only way to move on is to start with rubble.

01/09/09 12:55 - 23ºF - ID#47340Category: computersA Virus On The Prowl
Remember when I wrote about my feeling concerning getting rid of windows in government organizations e:paul,47052 - well nothing could underscore it more than a computer virus outbreak at the hospital yesterday. Its something virus makers probably don't even think about - what hapens when their stupid programs hit life or death kind of places.

Its such a disaster waiting to happen. Vendor software is not always compatible with system updates, systems don't get patched, worm comes and bam! It just seems like such a bad idea to have everything depend on windows and then worse to run an outdated OS from 5 years ago with IE6, a stone age browser. Especially considering those two in combo are the biggest and weakest attack vector. Its just asking for trouble.

The worm was getting people accounts locked out and slowing down the network. Imagine if you were at the hospital for some serious treatment/appointment and the computers were "on the fritz" because of unsafe computing, argh.

I made this image for a journal about bluetooth cell phone virus's back in 2004 e:paul,31005 but I think it still gives a similar feeling for the drama.
