I enjoyed the episode although I think they're really stretching out the Mer/Der relationship drama to the point where it's kind of ridiculous. I knows she's "dark and twisty" inside, but come on.
I'm going to miss Addison, though. It looks like Kate Walsh's move to Private Practice next fall isn't going to be truly faithful to the character. When they intermingled that pilot a few weeks ago she just doesn't didn't seem 100% like the Addison we all know and love (well, *I* love at least).
George failing his test was an interesting twist. I'm interested to see how that's going to pan out in September... That poor guy's a wreck.
Speaking of George, I like how they've turned Izzy from someone you really feel sorry for at the beginning of the season to the wannabe homewrecker you begin to resent at its end. Although I have to say my favorite scene from the whole season is at the end of the two-parter where she and Denny share the same space (chills).
Ahh Grey's... some of the best writing on TV since the first couple of seasons on the Sopranos (before it unnecessarily starting going over the top on a weekly basis)...
