  • tinypliny 00:15 I mean mucus is like white cells and infection jumbled together - the immune reaction to an ongoing infection - how does milk increase this?
  • tinypliny 00:14 I don't see how milk is a mucus-inducing food

Hey how much would you guess you pee a day?

A guy I work with was out a few days last week with kidney stones. This prompted us to to look on Wikipedia (they call it Peteypedia at work because I always use it to settle bets) .
So theres a really ugly picture of a kidney stone on the page but the big thing that got me was they say that you should produce 2 to 2.5 liters of urination a day as an indication of a healthy piss system.

So thats like 70+ fluid ounces or more than a rectangular carton of orange juice a day.

I thought about trying to collect and measure my 'throughput' this weekend but then I realized how fucking stupid that was.

Instead, I'm just going to drink a lot of water and hope for no kidney stones. FOR THE NEXT 30 YEARS

This year at my job I got (11.25) days off of which I've taken (3)

So the remaining eight days need to be used before the end of the year.
These are on top of the traditional US holidays plus [A] the first day of hunting season in Michigan (17Nov) and [B] a whole stinking week at Christmas-time.

So I took off nearly every other Friday from now to January, plus many of the Thursdays preceding.

Not to get into a work discussion but instead: WOO how does it feel to have so much free time? It feels great.

It feels great cause its pretty goddamn beautiful out and theres a lot of cool stuff to do when you have a lot of time.

Truly autumn is a bejeweled finger on the freak 6-finger hands of the calendar.

ALSO NOTE, DC & NY PEEPS:
So I know a guy who works for Meneral Gotors and he was saying how there is a mini-fleet of 100 or so fuel-cell vehicles that are out in the field right about now.

NY & DC dudes and dudettes alike can supposedly sign up for a 'test drive' at this here page.

I, I mean, my friend doesn't know any details about this dealy, but maybe it would be cool to hear about.
So you should try it out and then write about it.
