Sometimes when changes are made to the site javascript you need to empty your cache. It is usually a good idea to empty your cache periodically as all kind of junk can get in then including spyware. The chache is basically a place on your computer when the browser stores files after they are downloaded. Files including images, css, javascript, etc.
How to empty your cache.
Firefox on Windows - click on the "Tools" menu and choose options... then from there choose the privacy icon on the left. Once you have the privacy page open scroll down to Cache and click the "Clear" button.
Firefox on Mac - Looks the same accept that the options are found in the firefox menu instead of the tools menu.
IE on PC - Choose tools->internet options and click on the "delete files" button in the pop up window. Once that is open check "delete all offline content" and hit ok.
