How do I access RSS feeds of the journals?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML format designed for sharing web content like news headlines. An RSS service (also known as an RSS channel) consists of a list of items, each of which contains a headline, description, and a link to a web page

RSS newsfeeds are like the web without all the extra crap.

Thislink estrip.org/latest_entries.rss allows you to read the last 20 journal entries via RSS.

Thislink estrip.org/user.rss?u=news allows you to read a specific users last 20 journal entries via RSS. Just change the user to read another user's feed

Thislink estrip.org/comments.rss allows you to the latest comments via RSS.

You will need an aggregator to read the RSS feeds. An aggregator picks up RSS newsfeeds and displays them for you, in a human readable format. Once you download an aggregator, click here link to read the whole site feed into it. If you would like to subscribe to an individual user's journal, simply click on the rss link in their ~links~ list.

Herelink is an RSS newsfeed aggregator for the Mac called Shrook

Mozilla Firefoxlink now also has something called live bookmarks that work with rss feeds. When you add a live bookmark, instead of just bookmarking the page, it bookmarks the current content, etc the journals using the rss feed and the bookmarks stay current with the lastest entries.
